Give the crew a clear rental arrangement
Have the proposal identify facilities, dates, service visits and supplies rather than only the unit type. Explain who controls the property and who can answer delivery questions. If the contractor is away, a resident or site lead should still have the accepted placement instructions.
Keep household and service schedules aligned
Tell the business about locked gates or times when the entrance is occupied by deliveries. Ask how changes and problems should be reported, and confirm extensions before the rental ends. Moving the equipment yourself can change the service arrangement; contact the rental team first.
One person should hold the current instructions
A crew lead, resident and purchaser can otherwise give different directions to the same supplier. Choose the contact who can approve practical changes and keep the latest agreed instructions with that person. Include the cleaning arrangement and collection request so the job is not left with clear delivery notes but no plan for later visits.
- Named contact for practical decisions
- Current instructions shared with the purchaser
- Service and final collection included
