Review the visitor procedure first
An industrial or restricted work property may require a service contact to coordinate entry. Explain check-in arrangements and the area proposed for facilities before booking a visit. Share sensitive access details through an agreed private channel, not public copy or a page URL.
Account for shifts and working boundaries
Describe when workers need restrooms and which existing facilities remain usable. Ask how ordinary toilet and washing needs will be serviced without crossing restricted operations. Portable sanitation should not be assumed to replace specialist emergency washing, decontamination or other safety equipment.
Agree how an ordinary service visit gets admitted
Give the rental contact a practical description of check-in and the person who can arrange entry without publishing sensitive access information. Explain which working area the facilities serve and the times users are present. The site team should review placement and routes; an ordinary sanitation rental is not a substitute for specialist safety equipment.
- Private channel for access instructions
- Admitting contact and permitted route
- Scope limited to the agreed sanitation need
