Work backwards from the guest experience
Think about the walk, privacy, lighting and accessible route before choosing a finish. Compare the existing venue bathrooms with the full wedding timetable, including suppliers. A temporary facility should support the occasion without requiring guests to pass through a loading or cleanup area.
Give the coordinator the confirmed details
Record the model, amenities, any connections, delivery position and contact for concerns. Ask how the arrangement continues through setup and pack-down. If the preferred trailer cannot fit the approved access, discuss another option before the equipment becomes part of the final venue plan.
Keep the facilities out of the supplier bottleneck
Discuss the walk from the reception as well as the route used by deliveries and catering staff. Compare the desired amenities with what the property can support, including washing and access for intended users. Give the coordinator the agreed location and contact details so a late layout change does not send guests through the loading area.
- Guest route considered separately from deliveries
